Content, Sharing, and Copyright Policy
Updated October 16, 2026 · Version 2026-10-16
Use material you have rights to use
Create or upload material you own, have permission to use, or may otherwise lawfully use. Educational purpose, online availability, or free access does not automatically permit public copying. Preserve third-party credits and license conditions. A Public setting is not a public-domain dedication.
Do not share private student records, personal information about others without a lawful basis, confidential institutional information, restricted exams, or instructor-only solutions without authorization. Academic metadata does not establish a school's endorsement.
Educational content and safety
Legitimate study of anatomy, medicine, history, chemistry, and social issues is allowed. Sensitive material may receive advisories or limited discovery. Source analysis should distinguish quotation, interpretation, and established fact.
Exploitation, threats, targeted harassment, unlawful disclosure, malware, and content facilitating serious harm are prohibited. Moderation concerns law, safety, rights, and educational context; it does not require agreement with a source's viewpoint.
Reports and appeals
Use Report on a set or activity, or email rcade.tullis@gmail.com, with enough detail to locate an accuracy, grading, privacy, abuse, or rights issue. Do not include unnecessary private study data. We may restrict affected material during review, explain actions where appropriate, and allow creators or learners to appeal through the same contact. Confirmed question errors should not remain evidence of learner failure.
Copyright notices
Send copyright concerns to CT Studio, LLC, attention Copyright, at rcade.tullis@gmail.com or 1605 Oak Hollow Dr, Woodway, TX 76712, United States. Identify the copyrighted work and the specific Lectern material/location, provide your contact information, state your good-faith belief that the disputed use is unauthorized, state that the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them, and provide a physical or electronic signature. A qualifying US notice also requires the applicable statement under penalty of perjury.
If material is removed under a qualifying US copyright notice, a counter-notice may require identification of the removed material and its prior location, your contact details and signature, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and consent to the relevant federal court's jurisdiction and service of process. Counter-notices may be shared with the complainant. We follow applicable notice and counter-notice procedures before restoration; sending a counter-notice does not cause instant republication.
We may restrict repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. The contact above does not itself claim a completed US Copyright Office designated-agent registration or certify safe-harbor eligibility. Statutory rights and procedures still apply.
Media credits and withdrawal
Built-in assets identify available source, creator, license, and modifications. Government imagery can still carry third-party, trademark, privacy, or endorsement restrictions. Review an asset's actual license before reuse outside Lectern.
If an asset is withdrawn for a rights or accuracy problem, dependent generated activities may be disabled. Your unrelated original content remains intact. Previously lawful independent copies follow their original permissions and applicable law.
